    From Puy-en-Velay to Compostela. From Compostela to Fisterra and Muxia
    The desire to make the journey does not come just like that, one fine day. It is not a sudden revelation which obliges us to answer a pressing need to get started. I believe that one thinks about it, a little, now and again and then the intention stays as if poised in our heart, balanced by the events of our life. It is a thought, or rather a desire, which very often remains in this state for various reasons particular to each person. The seasons pass and the years are worn away irremediably one after the other. Then, as time unravels, sometimes this promise "to do it" one day grows blurred and threatens never to transform itself into reality, into the first step, until this moment…
